It's Seafair time again, and the U.S Navy's Blue Angels will be practicing at about roof-top level over the Park today, beginning at around 9:45 and continuing until noon. Another practice will occur this afternoon sometime between 1:15 and 2:30. Practices tomorrow will be on the same schedule.The Blue Angels have two performances this weekend, beginning at about 1:00 pm on both Saturday and Sunday. So be prepared.
